Simple tools for becoming the person you want to be. See where your life is in balance, check in each day, break a big goal into small steps, and reflect each week. Use one or use them all.
Rate each area of your life today from 1 (struggling) to 10 (thriving). There are no right answers. A lopsided wheel is not a failure. It shows you where a little care goes the furthest.
Two minutes each day. Tend your fire before it goes out or burns too hot. Rate each element from 1 to 5, name one thing you are grateful for and set one intention.
Big goals stall when the next step is fuzzy. Climb down from your vision to something you can do today, then climb back up one rung at a time.
Once a week, sit with these five questions. Use a journal, share them with an anchor partner, or bring one to your Circle. Prefer paper? Print the Weekly Five-Element Review.
What did I move toward this week? Where did I grow, even a little?
Who did I connect with? Is there a relationship that needs warmth or repair?
How did I treat my body: sleep, food, movement, substances? What helped?
What feeling visited most often? What thought do I need to let go of?
When did I feel at peace or part of something bigger? What gives my life meaning right now?
Want support with a goal? Plant it here. You choose whether it stays just for you, goes to your Circle-holder, or pairs you with an anchor partner. Only a nickname is required.
